Welcome To Burton Mutual Angling Association

Oddstones - Site works

Please be aware that Hanson's are undertaking the repair work to the bridge to restore access at Oddstones, this involves placing concrete culvert sections and muck shifting operations. Please ensure that you keep clear of works until it is completed. Anglers should'nt try to access whilst works are ongoing.

As long as you keep clear of where the work is taking place you are still allowed to fish the water.

Just be sensible and keep clear of the working area.

Found - Locking bedchair locking wheel -Callingwood

On a recent trip to Callingwood Lake, a member of the club found  what looks like a locking wheel off a reclining chair/bedchair

He wasn’t sure if I should leave for the owner to find, (he thought that it could get lost in the mud & leaves) so he took it with him.

If anyone has lost this or knows who it belongs to he is willing to post it on.

Please call myself on 07595 631472 (Roy Sutton - Secretary) and I will put you in touch.
